HISTORY
THE 911 3.2
The Porsche 911 3,2L is considered by the enthusiasts of the Stuttgart firm as one of the best 911 manufactured. Available in several body styles since 1986, it uses a flat six-cylinder engine developing a whopping 231 horsepower! In addition to its quality of manufacture faithful to the Porsche models, the 3,2 offers an increased versatility compared to the preceding 2,7 and 3,0 SC, thanks to its better accelerations. Above all, it retains the special driving characteristics that made the 911 so famous on racetracks and rally stages. Today, the 3.2 is popular with collectors, but also with those who want to combine the modernity of a Porsche of the 1980s with the look of a classic 911.
The 3.2 is probably the best way to enjoy an aircooled 911 carefree. The engine received an upgrade intake and exhaust, combined with DME ignition and Bosch L-Jetronic fuel system. The result is beter performance and fuel consumption... With 231 hp and 284nm the 911 pulls to a 100 km/h in 6 seconds and hits the fuel limiter at 245km/u!
